This module takes instructors through a conflict resolution training course with core learning goals, articles, videos and activities to support learning. This training is not intended to replace the policies, practices and approaches used in your programs or institutions but rather is intended to be a supplementary tool. This module provides frameworks and strategies for understanding different types of conflict, engaging in personal reflection, and resolving conflict in personal and professional contexts.
