National Programs

We know that the Actua experience is beneficial for youth. Actua has several national programs aimed at ensuring that all youth have the opportunity to be engaged.

Each of these programs have unique components, elements of which are useful to all instructors who are engaging any youth. The bottom line is about creating a meaningful, safe and impactful space for learning for all youth. Minds On: Learning about underrepresentation and strategies for improving everyone’s access to STEM learning is so important to your role as an instructor. Beyond this, you are working on your equity and inclusion practices and developing your Social Intelligence skills.
