This brings us to the end of our training module. We hope that this learning has provided you with practical thinking and tools to provide for gender equity in your clubs and programs. Remember your primary role as an instructor is to create a learning environment where participants feel respected, comfortable and where they feel they are a valued member of the learning environment. This allows learners to feel safe to take risks and try new things which builds the confidence of your learners and ultimately improves learning.
