In this module you have explored future skills and considered your own personal and professional development. The goals of this module were to: introduce you to the Actua’s Future Skills, explore the ways you develop and strengthen these skills through The Instructor Training and Work Experience Program, and practice strategies for communicating skills for your Future of Work by focusing on your training and work experiences.

Hopefully, this module has expanded your understanding of the wide array of skills you can develop as a STEM Program instructor and how valuable future skills are for any future position you may pursue. You can come back to this module and workbook at any point to review and reflect!
