4. Navigating Difficult Conversations
Context
Facilitators should understand that participants have different lived experiences and prior knowledge about cyber safety, cyber security and digital citizenship.
These activities may involve or lead to discussion of sensitive topics, such as cyberbullying and other online risks. Difficult conversations can come up at any time, especially during periods of open discussion. Review the slides below and pause where prompted to reflect before continuing.
